Multi-slot Track with normal stud and track profile making machine for Canada is designed to make the stud and track either with slotted type by one machine.
What is the slotted track?
Slotted track is positively secured at the head of the wall and will absorb up to 1” of vertical deflection. This one-piece head of wall system provides reduced costs in labor and materials and is used in both exterior curtain wall and interior non-load bearing applications.

When without punching
Working flow: 3 ton double head decoiler --cage loop-->80 ton YangLi punching machine- cage loop --main rolling forming machine-stud and track punching--> convey table and stacker.
With the punching machine, it works optional, you can use it to make slotted track or normal stud and track.

1. The Multi-slot Track with normal stud and track profile making machine is designed with the fast speed hydraulic decoiler with leveling machine as the thickness Max to 1.8mm.
2. With 110 ton punching machine, each time it can punch logo, slotted holes servo coil feeders (two types: Pneumatic and mechanical to make sure the coil feeding accurately)
3. From the punching and then to the cage loop, it can store the coil and function something like pit.
4. With whole line water cooling system to cool the rollers.
5. With the protection cover, when working it is more safe for workers.
6. With the adjustable cutter, for the width, so one cutter can make all sizes. Changing sizes more easily.
